If Donald Trump works with Congress to repeal U.S. Estate & Gift taxes (yes, Congress may think the same way as Donald - https://abetterway.speaker.gov/_assets/pdf/ABetterWay-Tax-PolicyPaper.pdf contains proposals from the Republican House Ways & Means Committee about just such a repeal), Paul Ryan and Donald Trump could make Americans happy and at same time prove how well they can work together.

Right now, the estate tax exemption is at $5.45 million ($10.9 million per couple) and the estate tax is at a rate of 40% (ouch!).
